What are ARCO rights?

Under the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, these are the rights that every person can exercise concerning the processing of their personal data. Each letter represents a different right: Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition.

A - ACCESS
